The condo was nicely appointed and updated and situated in a quiet building and neighborhood. There were a few minor items needing repair and I wasn’t aware there was no AC. Turns out, we didn’t need AC as it stayed relatively cool even in July. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The 4 of us, including our two young daughters, really enjoyed our stay. Other than the place being 50 degrees when we first arrived and taking a day to heat up, it was very clean and had all that we needed. It is walkable up a short hill to Mammoth Mountain Canyon Lodge and the gondolas to the Village. There is a very short drive into town, to the grocery stores and ski rental retailers. It is spacious with two separate bedrooms and a large open kitchen and comfy sofa set up. The large windows brought the outdors in and the view of the mountains throughout the day was amazing. Our girls had plenty of fun in the backyard packs of snow and small sled hills which were easily visible off the main balcony. All in all we had a great time. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving with my immediate family. We enjoyed the open space plan and how cozy the condo was with the fireplace as the main focal point. A perfect Covid getaway (or not!) due to its close proximity to the lifts and The Village. The underground parking is extremely convenient. We are hoping to set a time to return in early 2021.

Two of us stayed here for day hikes in the area, and when fires and smoke closed the national forest trails, we appreciated the spacious, beautiful condo to spend those days in. Loved being able to see the mountains appear when the smoke cleared.
