Cozy studio in the village with easy slope access

**The pool and hot tub are under construction and will not be available until October 1st, these are not listed as amenities until operable again**

You'll find style, comfort, and convenience at this Park City studio condo with a shared swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center, and unbeatable access to the lifts a few steps away.

Enviably located in the Lodges at the Mountain at Park City Mountain Resort, this single-level studio is an ideal escape for skiers, snowboarders, mountain bikers, and hikers in every season. You'll be adjacent to shops, restaurants, and the Breeze Ice Rink in the base area, just steps from the Payday Express lift, and one mile south of the Park City Golf Club.

Leave your car in the underground garage and make yourself at home in this cozy, light-filled studio. As the sunshine streams in through the skylights, you can kick off your snow boots, flip the switch on the gas-powered fireplace, and curl up on the plush sofa with a book, a magazine, or a loved one.

Get an energizing start each morning in the snug kitchen, where you can brew fresh coffee, spread out the sports section, and use the stainless steel appliances to whip up some French toast. Lend the chef a helping hand at the breakfast bar, set the dining table for breakfast in the atrium alcove, and load the plates in the dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup.

Click on your skis and glide out the door to the Payday Express lift, and simply follow the Home Run, the First Time, or C.B.'s Run to come back home for lunch. You can track the mountain conditions on the provided WiFi and take a relaxing break by watching a Blu-ray or a cable show on the flatscreen TV.

As the day comes to a close, there's no better way to unwind than by stretching your sore ski legs at the building fitness center, swimming a few laps in the indoor/outdoor pool, or soaking your worries away in the community hot tub. A shared washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry for a small fee.

Each evening, this studio-style condo will accommodate two guests. Pull down the queen-size Murphy bed in the living space when it's time for bed, or unfold the queen-size sofabed for a night of restful sleep. Additional amenities include partial air conditioning and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Thanks to its picture-perfect location in the heart of the base area at Park City Mountain Resort, this condo offers unbeatable convenience for winter and summer athletes. Spend your days skating on the Breeze Ice Rink right next door, or hop on the seasonal shuttle bus to explore the 7,300 skiable acres that make up America's largest mountain resort.

Take a ride on the Park City Alpine Slide a few blocks away, or stroll through neighboring Old Town Park City to peruse the galleries, shops, and restaurants. Come summertime, you'll be just one mile from the Park City Golf Club, which offers 18 holes and incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

Don't wait another minute to plan your Park City getaway - treat yourself or your loved one to an unforgettable Utah adventure!

Awesome spot. You cannot get any closer to the lifts, restaurants and apres skiing. On-site parking. Fantastic view of mountain range to north. Parking lot view is actually a bonus as you don't hear the Cats grooming the slopes all night. Mattress on Murphy bed was OK, mattress on sofa bed was not comfortable.

Great location. Nice views of the sun setting on the mountain tops. Chris the property manager was very accommodating and made our stay that much better. I would definitely stay here again.

Place is very nice with comfortable bed, located steps from the slopes. I will book it again if needed. I got an offer from Vacasa for late check out that work great for us.

Few steps away from the mountain and skiing. The free bus system takes you anywhere. The iceskating ring is also steps away.

First, I would stay again for the price and location. Ski in/out was great. I wouldn't pay more though. Cons: 1) the toilet/plumbing is risky, you never know what can make it down. 2) curtains of our unit were bad... No privacy or way to get the place dark at night. 3) cooking pans/utencils were scarce. 4) can't ask the front desk for ANYthing which isn't very clear from vacasa. Pros: super clean, very convenient, great pool. The free shuttle is awesome and parking great. The bed was a surprise as well... fully memory foam, we think.
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback and will take it to the owner for their consideration. We hope to see you again, Charlene!

1 adult and 2 kids was the max occupancy for comfort in this room. Free Ski valet and 30% rental discount from shop in building was great. Easy indoor access to pool and hot tub. Murphy bed was comfortable. Premium towels were nice. Bedding was above average. Pillows were average. Kitchen and bathroom were dated and acceptable. Would stay here again.

email updates from vacasa, and phone support for any questions were helpful. check in / room access was easy with a coded door lock. It was convenient not to have to keep track of a key.

This unit was perfect for the purpose of two people needing a place to sleep while visiting our son's family for the weekend. Being a beautiful weekend and no air conditioning, it would have been nice had we been able to open either of the two windows. Neither would open and one is very damaged. A little maintenance would solve this fire hazard of being the only exit if the main door and outside hallway were not accessible.

Because there is no air conditioner, a water cooler is available in the unit. It is rather old and has not been properly cleaned for some time. Although it works quite well, it leaves an old water, nasty smell after it has been on for awhile. It is time to replace the water cooler and fix the windows for your summer/early fall guests.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see our guest was not satisfied with the portable air conditioning unit. We have verified it is working well. Thank you!

Perfect for a single or a couple. Clean. Has an adequate pool and hot tub, Small fitness room.
Most important it was its proximity to all Park City amenities.

Super convenient and nicely appointed.

This is a small condo, good for two people. Fantastic location and so close to the slopes. Go check out the pool, spa and gym. Was handy having those facilities! Loved our stay here.

I have stayed at this resort in the past through the hotel itself and this room was much nicer, much more well maintained. Cleanliness was excellent, and the convenience of the unit on the first floor with side exit was perfect. I was there for Sundance for work, but the location is also perfect for those going for winter sports. Only blemish was property manager saying to get in touch with him for anything I needed, and when I texted asking for the Wi-Fi password (because the number provided is to the resort, not the front desk) he said he would get back to me in 5 minutes and I never heard from him the rest of my stay. I walked around the corner to the front desk to get there Wi-Fi password, so not a big deal. But don't say text me if you need anything and then disappear.

The studio is in a fantastic location, a few steps from the lifts, shops and ski rentals. Parking in the building is also a plus. The only negative about the studio is that a parking lot is right outside and snow plows clear it at 4 or 5 am in the morning, which wakes everyone up.

Updated room and kitchen very nice - fun location but ghost town between summer end and prior to ski season but also nice and quiet and place to yourself. Pool could have used some maintenance - outdoor and indoor hot tubs nice feature. Steam room and sauna were nice feature as well but not unisex. Rest of facility is circa 1980 but solid

Comfortable, clean, cozy, convenient. Just right for a quick getaway.

This is a fantastic location, in an average lodge. Once we learned how to navigate the fans, and cool the place down - it was great.
David B. Jul 2017
Very comfortable unit with convenient location to Park City Ski Areas and the town. You could stay the whole time in the area near-by, because of all there is to do within 5-10 minutes of the unit (ski in/ski out), summer hiking, zip lines, slides and much more. This is not to mention the 5 star dining and great people. The pool and exercise room is seconds away and the parking garage and your car is only 90 seconds away using the elevator to the basement parking area (very safe and convenient). The unit itself is good for a couple or small family (two kids max). It might be a little tight for two couples. You have a trundle bed and sofa bed. We used the trundle bed, which was VERY comfortable. The kitchen is small, but has everything that you need. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and would come back.

It is a great place for the price that is listed. Great location and very quiet during the summer. The only issues we came across were that the AC wasn't working, the wifi was jumpy, and the tap water wasn't drinkable. in response we used the fans that were supplied, we bought some bottled water, and we sucked it up for the wifi. The Location itself is an A+ alone.
Manager response:
When the property manager inspected the WiFi and air conditioning he found both to be working well. We ask guests to call if they need assistance with the amenities. Thank you!

Awesome place -- would be happy to stay here again! Ideal location to hit the slopes, and the shuttle system is amazing to get you to Canyons, Main Street, the grocery store, etc.
Doug H. Mar 2017
Ben is a great host. The place was super clean and well kept. The proximity to the slopes really makes this ski in and ski out. It's super chill in the building. The underground parking is very convenient. The whole process was super smooth. Would highly recommend staying with Ben in unit 160. It was worth every penny and we will be back!
Gail R. Mar 2017
Great location at the slopes and the Murphy bed was VERY COMFORTABLE! I loved the place and will book it next time I'm in Park City! Great size for a couple.
Tara C. Feb 2017
Ben's place is exactly as advertised. We could not have been happier with the location. The Park City lifts are right outside, as well as a skating rink (great for kids) and a major transit stop (with free buses to Main St., Deer Valley and more). We stayed with our family of four (kids are 9 and 12). It was a little snug (better for 2 or 3 people), but as we were looking to avoid spending an arm and a leg, it provided excellent value. We would absolutely stay there again.
