Lake Chelan view home w/large deck, new hot tub, Ping-Pong & foosball table

Experience lake view living at this bright and modern two-bedroom ranch overlooking Lake Chelan. With a large outdoor deck, new bubbling hot tub, Ping-Pong and foosball tables, plus easy access to water sports, it'll provide everything you need for an unforgettable escape to North-Central Washington.

Perched high on a hill on Lake Chelan's western shores, this spacious home lies just 15 miles from Historic Downtown Chelan, where you'll find a variety of boutique shops and restaurants in the main street area with an Old West feel. Vacationing families and groups of friends will be just two miles to Fields Point for a ferry ride to Stehekin, five-and-a-half miles to Lake Chelan State Park boat launch, and seven miles from the memorable Alpenhorn Cafe, which features delicious clam chowder and a putt-putt golf course.

Come home from a day of zipping around the lake to relax in this home's inviting interior or out in the hot tub. Settle in for some entertainment in the living area (TV, Blu-ray DVD, Netflix), where you can also spread out on comfortable couches, read a book on the wicker chair, or flip on the electric fireplace during chilly evenings.

Just beyond sliding glass doors, get a better look at the lake from the outdoor deck, which doubles as the perfect place for al fresco meals. Enjoy the lakeside panorama while sitting on Adirondack chairs, or fire up the deck's gas grill for a summertime barbecue. Both indoor and outdoor seating welcome meals together with your whole group.

Speaking of dining, the kitchen's modern appliances, cookware, and wide granite countertops make it easy to whip up homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner while you're here, and there's even additional breakfast bar seating.

Head into the garage for a post-meal Ping-Pong tournament, or play on the foosball table. You could also toss Bocce balls in the yard, or wind down the day with sunset views from the hammock strung between two evergreen trees.

Retreat to bed when it's time to call it a day. Up to eight guests (six adults maximum, please) are accommodated on a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and one sofabed with room for your final four group members. The finished garage also contains two sets of bunk beds for additional comfort. The master suite even contains its own walk-in bathroom with a tub that's perfect for relaxing soaks at the end of the day.

Wake with a fresh cup of coffee in the kitchen, pull out a clean pair of clothes from the washer/dryer, and connect to the free WiFi to plan your next adventures. Sample the region's acclaimed wines at over a dozen local wineries, rent a watercraft and head onto the lake, or lace up your hiking boots for a wildland trek in the Wenatchee National Forest. This is great house for a couple or small family. There are some amazing things about this house and a couple of issues. First off, the view is to die for. The windows in the living room give you a great view of the lake all day long. The deck is big enough for dining and just hanging out, although a deck heater would have been nice for the cooler evenings. I do have a couple of cautions for future renters. The driveway is VERY steep, but manageable. There are 2 huge skylights over the master bed, so unless you really want to wake up with the sun, I would suggest wearing a sleep mask. There are not enough pans in the kitchen (only 2), and one was very scrapped up and desperately needs replacing. The chairs at the bar are wobbly and will fall apart if someone sits on them. The jacuzzi tube in the master did not work either One more issue I found disconcerting was the security cameras outside facing the hot tub and deck, I realize these are allowed but still didn't feel right. Overall, we had a great time and the house is really great.
Manager response:
Hi, Doug! We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback with us. We have purchased a new set of cooking pans for the home. Thank you!

Wonderful home for a girls weekend. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans for cooking. Although there was not beach access, the view from the large deck was spectacular! The hot tub worked perfectly. Lots of room and comfortable beds. We did not use the third bedroom as it was too cold. We saw deer and lots of birds. Very comfortable home. Thank you.

The home was in a quiet area and had a lovely view. It is well stocked in the kitchen for your cooking needs. The hot tub is wonderful, works well, and is clean. The view from the hot tub...incredible! Some things to note about the home. The home is listed as a 3 bedroom home; however, technically it is 2 bedrooms. The garage is set up as a "bedroom" with bunk beds, futon couch, television, foosball, and ping-pong tables. All of which is great but in the winter it cannot be used as sleeping quarters due to how cold it is. The carpets and furniture inside the home could use some professional cleaning as they are quite stained. Also, the driveway to the home needs to be noted. If renting in the winter months and there is snow please be aware that the driveway is steep, twists and turns, and is not plowed at all. We had a 4x4 with mud-terrain tires and still needed to chain up to make it up the drive.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. One night we woke to huge prints in the snow all around the house. Later that day a Fish and Wildlife Officer stopped by to let us know there was a cougar in the area and gave us steps to remain safe. We had deer every day on the property which was incredible nice to watch.
Manager response:
Hi, Nichole! We do feel this home qualifies as a three bedroom, and there are two big heaters provided in the third bedroom to supplement the heat. The carpets will be cleaned around February. The driveway was plowed the day of your check-in, and we apologize if the snowfall after that made your stay difficult. We hope to have an opportunity to host you in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house has everything you need for a quick weekend or a couple weeks stay. Out a ways from the city with a gorgeous view! Highly recommend!

The house has a fantastic view and is nice and quiet. The complaint I had was they had sky lights in the bed room. No sleeping in.

Big and clean! Well equipped for everyone to have fun!

Our party was 2 adult couples and we had a 4-day stay in this house. The decor is lovely, beds were comfortable, showers were good, kitchen was well stocked and the view is phenomenal. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ grill. We had a problem with one of the toilets so I sent an e-mail as directed by the guide in the house and did not get a response. The next morning I contacted Vacasa directly and the problem was resolved promptly. The road leading to the house is difficult to find initially. If you are coming from Lake Chelan, the left-hand turn is 3/10ths of a mile past the Morning Sun Estates sign which is on your left. Take the road all the way to the top. The house is a little ways from town, but provides total privacy because of it. I would rent here again!

We loved the view from the house, that the house was on one level, the kitchen was extremely well outfitted, the hot tub was enjoyed, & everything was so clean & well organized.

We loved every bit of this home! We loved the view especially! It was close enough to town, but far enough away for some piece and quite! Will definitely be visiting this house again!

Great lake view from the deck, large yard for kids to play around. The ramp up to drive to the house is a little steep. Overall a great experience with my kids and friends.
Liina-Jaanika S. Aug 2018
The house has great location , very clean and private. Children enjoyed the playing room. We all loved the weave and as an extra bonus saw deers in wild nature. Thank you!

What a gorgeous view! This house is placed to take full advantage of it. The back deck has a hot tub; abundant seating; a table that seats six and a propane grill. The house itself is well maintained and has all the plates, appliances and linens that could be needed. There are board games, a ping pong table and foosball. Great layout for family or friends get-together.
Regan A. Jul 2018
There are tons of dishes, utensils and cooking tools as well as a big barbecue! There is a huge closet of games, puzzles and books, too! The smart TV was really fun and easy to use for late night TV binges!
Trudy R. Jun 2018
Finding the house was difficult in itself. The directions were not as clear as they could be. When I booked the reservation I didn't realize how far out from town it was.
The house itself was very nice, but the dryer knob was broken and we had to use needle nose plyers to set the time.
Manager response:
We apologize for the broken dryer knob; the replacement should be here in a few days. Thank you!

Great spot to get away and relax! Spent most of our time on the deck grilling and taking in the lake views. Clean and comfortable with plenty to do in the area. Would recommend and hope to return.

Our stay at Blue Lake Serenity was lovely!

The house was spotless, and the kitchen was amazingly appointed with everything we could have possibly needed - even a Kitchenaid mixer was on hand! We were able to cook everything we had brought very easily.

Both beds were very comfortable, and the master bedroom is gorgeous with it's own bathroom, sunken tub and walk-in shower.

The view is wonderful. There is no access to the beach itself, as the house is located on a high hill, but the generous deck allows for some wonderful sun soaking and appreciating the lake view. There is also a hot tub at the end of the deck with an enviable view as well, though we didn't actually use it.

The driveway up to the house is quite steep and a little hidden. But if you follow the directions that they give you before check-in, and pay attention to the mile marker and where to turn, you will find your way no problem. There is a small Vacasa sign part way up the gravel driveway to cue you in that you are on the right path.

The wildlife around the property is no joke. There was bear and deer sign everywhere on the small trails around the house. Bears obviously frequent that spot, and I'm amazed we didn't actually see one.

We had a wonderful time hosting our elderly parents there for a two day getaway, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Great property with perfect views, a great deck for outdoor dining, and plenty of privacy. Loved having both an indoor and outdoor dining space. Game room in the garage was definitely a huge plus. We comfortably slept a group of 6 for two nights - plenty of extra bedding , towels, etc. And the master bedroom has tons of space and great views for a vacation rental.
Crystal S. Aug 2017
It's a great vacation home, has just the right amount of space. The view from the home is wonderful, there's deers around the home almost always and there's a great view of the lake from the porch outside. The house is very clean. Has a great play room in the garage.
