Comfortable beds, nice towels and a long table that seats 8 people comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the living room had nice furniture.

Treehouse is an accurate description, which is funky, and non-traditional. So, need to be comfortable with this open floor plan and bunk beds, and only one full bathroom (shower/bath). A little dated, esp Kitchen and furniture, but functional. Good Location - Close to golf course, and not far from the Lodge.

Everyone really liked this home; it had everything we needed and wanted and was in a peaceful part of Black Butte. Near the Golf course and he main swimming pool as well was an extra added bonus. A few things needed like Aluminum foil, and a few extra storage bowls for leftovers. There are a few loose boards on the deck, but everything is very nice. Well worth the stay.

House was clean. Good location to quickly exit BBR for site seeing. Quiet neighborhood. Could use updated kitchen and living room seating.

We were two families of 4 visiting BBR for the first time, and this house worked well for us. The space is cozy and comfortable, and the location is relatively near the entrance and easy to find. Black Butte Ranch is a lovely venue, and there's tons to do in Central Oregon.

Visitors should know that the floorplan from top to bottom is pretty open, meaning that noise in any room will be heard in others. The temperature varies quite a bit as well, warmer on the main floor and cooler up top (at least in Winter). These weren't problems for us, but worth considering for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. It has a unique, tree house feel which our kids loved. It was clean and well furnished. It had more than enough beds for our small family. It was easy to hear sounds throughout the house, so if you had a young child that needed it quiet or if you had multiple families it might be hard. My kids (ages 3 and 5) did fine on the stairs, but I wouldn't recommend the house for families with smaller children as the stairs would be a challenge, and there isn't an easy way to block them off.

The location is close to the Lakeside Bistro, and a nice walk to a playground near there. We were here in the winter, so drove to the Glaze Meadow pool for swimming. It was a great stay and we'd stay here again for sure!

Great place for a girl's weekend with adults. It would be difficult to have multiple families here because of the lack of privacy and insulation from noise. One shower worked well for us but not for a group that all had somewhere to go at the same time.

Very nice BBR home with great deck and hammock; horse shoes to play too. No AC but house cools off quick in evening. Side door lock needs realignment and BBQ grill wouldn't get very hot one night but then worked fine the next. Two separate bedrooms with a walk-thru bunk and bed to one of the bedrooms. We would stay there again.

Our family loved this house! It was my husband, 13 yr girl, and 10 yr son! We probably could have squeezed another family of 4 as well! Next time! The house was decorated very well. Was impressed how they worked their magic to give it an updated feel. If I had toddlers the stairway could be dangerous. Guess you could use a baby gate. There is no AC and a lot of the houses don't over there. We just opened everything up at night and closed up during the day and it worked just great! Definitely coming back!
