With seven bedrooms, two full kitchens, two living rooms, and 3,468 square feet across both homes, the estate sleeps up to 16 guests. A seasonal boat dock makes summer on the lake easy, and Big Bear Village and the local marinas are about a mile away.

Start each morning with coffee by the water, then spend summer days on the lake from your own seasonal boat dock. In the evening, fire up the charcoal BBQs, gather at the outdoor seating, and watch the sun set over the bay. Each cabin has its own cozy living room with mountain décor and a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, cookware, and utensils, and a dining area with bay views on the entry level, so the group can cook, eat, and relax together or spread out between the two homes. Each cabin also has its own washer and dryer. The seven bedrooms are spread across both levels of each cabin, with a mix of kings, queens, twins, and bunk beds that work well for families with kids, and every bed is made up with warm linens, blankets, and pillows, with fresh towels ready when you arrive. Plenty of bathrooms across both homes keep mornings moving.

In summer, boat, fish, and paddle from the dock, then walk or take a quick drive to the marinas and The Village for dining and shopping.
