One of the most unique homes you can find on Folly Beach, this retreat sits on a private nature lot that boasts a private salt lake, dock, and over an acre of land! Don't worry about a long commute to the beach, as the beach access path is less than a block away for the surfers to get their fill of The Washout', a favorite local surfing spot. When you want to get a bit of fresh air and sunshine at home base, there is a large deck on the back of the home which also has a spiral staircase going up to a second deck landing. The deck right off of the living room and kitchen has a large custom-made picnic table that will seat all of your guests and overlooks the lake, making it a great spot for dining alfresco! The second-floor deck area has a love seat and chairs which usually has a nice breeze and is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Not to mention, there are two outdoor showers and a gas grill to rinse off sandy toes or host a cookout in the fresh air.

Inside, you will find the newly renovated interior boasting beachy decor, plush furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas range, wonderful views of the lake, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There will be no need to be disconnected on this trip either with free high-speed WiFi that is ready to assist in streaming favorite movies or allowing guests to attend Zoom meetings.
