The broad, beautiful arc of Atlantic Beach awaits a few hundred feet down the road from this bright, modern condo, a wonderful respite from days spent swimming and surfing. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a gazebo for grilling and picnicking, a volleyball court, and a rec room with foosball and pool tables.

This first-floor condo is a beach-goer's delight, with public beach access (including a playground, outdoor showers, and restrooms) one block away. It's also the perfect setting for exploring, with Fort Macon State Park (one mile), the Atlantic Beach Skatepark (two miles), and the North Carolina Aquarium (seven miles) close by.
