Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Avon Village, this welcoming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage offers a comfortable place to relax, with a spacious yard, inviting outdoor living spaces, and the beach, local restaurants, and shops just a short distance away.

Inside, the bright and airy open floor plan features vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light. The cozy living area is perfect for gathering after a day in the sun, while the well-equipped eat-in kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite vacation meals. A convenient built-in desk provides a dedicated space for anyone needing to catch up on a little work, and Smart TVs in each bedroom make winding down easy.

Step outside to enjoy the furnished deck and spacious yard, where you can sip your morning coffee, soak up the coastal breeze, or let the kids enjoy some outdoor playtime. The shaded area beneath the home offers another comfortable spot to gather, and the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a beach day a breeze.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for easy sound access, watersports, and beautiful views across the Pamlico Sound.

Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open seasonally. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the house! Located at 39178 Seashore Boulevard in Avon, Moana Makani is situated on the soundside of NC Highway 12. Head toward the highway and cross carefully at a designated pedestrian crossing, then continue toward the ocean to reach the nearby public beach access. Please use marked crossings where available and exercise caution when crossing the highway.
