Upstairs, you'll find an expansive great room with a powder room, cathedral ceilings, and views of the sound and a neighboring freshwater lake. Relax on cozy furnishings and enjoy music from the entertainment center, both inside and outside, on the deck. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.

Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis. You will receive an amenity pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
