All bedrooms are equipped with 39-inch smart Roku TVs. At ground level, this 4,500 sq. ft. spacious home opens with a carport, lake access, a private heated saltwater pool with a tropical bar, shower, and a fish station. For your convenience, the all-floor elevator opens in the front of the house. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the lakefront sandy beach, perfect for watersports, fishing, and launching the provided kayaks. Gather around the lakeside firepit when the stars come out.

The first level features a main bedroom with a garden tub, and a separate shower, and a bedroom with full bath access and pool access. A game room with a pool table, a wet bar, and a mini-fridge opens to the pool area and accesses the full hall bath.
