Upstairs on level two, Ourtanfannies has a great room with a wooden cathedral ceiling rising to a large skylight. Living area has wonderful natural lighting with an open floor area. Guests have easy access to the beach, Avon Pier and 'Canadian Hole.' A soundside sidewalk provides safe walking and biking to shopping, Koru Village, family medical facility ,and some of the best restaurants in Avon.

The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
