It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 21 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 21 are at risk for potential fines and eviction. For your convenience, a golf cart will be at the house for guest use! Guests must be 21 years of age to drive the golf cart and the waver and drivers license must be submitted. There is an air tag tracking device on the golf cart for tracking and theft purposes!
