Welcome to 35 Wagon Rd, a sophisticated and airy retreat designed for the ultimate Hilton Head Island experience. This residence combines coastal charm with modern functionality, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor flow perfect for entertaining.

The heart of the home is the expansive living room, featuring vaulted ceilings, a decorative fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light. The adjacent dining area leads to a chef-ready kitchen, complete with granite countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for casual mornings.

Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged to provide maximum privacy and comfort:

Primary Suite: Features a King-sized bed, high-quality linens, and an en-suite bathroom.
Second Suite: Offers a King-sized bed and easy access to a full bathroom.
Guest Room: Ideal for children or singles, equipped with four twin beds.
Downstairs Den: Includes a full-size sleeper sofa, providing additional flexible sleeping space for extra guests.

Outside, the private courtyard serves as your personal sanctuary. Surrounded by lush, mature greenery, the space includes a sparkling swimming pool, a BBQ grill station, and comfortable lounge seating for al fresco dining under the Carolina pines.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, private pool, and backyard. As part of the Sea Pines community, guests also have access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town, and the South Beach Marina. Please note that Sea Pines is a gated community; gate passes are required for entry and are not included in the reservation unless otherwise specified.

Parking: Ample driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles.
Pool Heating: Please inquire about pool heating options and associated fees prior to your arrival. Pool Heating Fees (weekly):

March–April 15 & October 15–November: $775
December: $1,025
Supplies: We provide a starter kit of toiletries, paper products, and coffee to get your stay started.
Beach Gear: Guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels and equipment or rent them from local vendors nearby.
Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.
Security & Privacy:
For safety purposes, there are exterior cameras at the front door, in the garage facing the driveway, and in the service yard monitoring pool equipment. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas, including the backyard and pool area, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
