Between October 15 - November 30, 2023, the Tropical Winds building will be under major construction for stucco repairs to the exterior of the building and balcony replacements. Access and/or views of the beach will be obstructed or blocked completely. Pool access will be closed as necessary during repairs. Loud construction noises will be heard during standard working hours.
