Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach, and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants located within minutes of the condo. Fun for all ages awaits across the street at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all within a couple of miles of this rental. Anglers can walk to M.B. Miller County Pier.

Things to Know
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 12 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1
