This is a gorgeous Seagrove villa is on the second floor with a large furnished balcony providing breathtaking views over the pool out to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll relish in the abundance of natural light and tasteful furnishings throughout this home. The main bathroom features a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower. Each room has a TV and there is access to the balcony from the primary bedroom and the living area. Sought-after amenities include a fitness center, shared pools, a sauna, and pickleball and tennis courts where you can challenge your friends.

Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, such as Eastern Lake and Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park (part of the Great Florida Birding Trail), then ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony and walkway punch list items; this should be completed by the 14th.  Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 19th for the property. 
The pools and beach access are back open.
Do not move any barricades on the property; these are here for your safety.
You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
