Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photocopy of identification of the main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. **Surveillance/recording device located on exterior of home. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home.
