Ready to get away for vacation??? This beautiful condo makes your stay comfortable & relaxing! Enjoy sunset views from this top floor unit at Maravilla's GET A WAVE FROM IT ALL. Guests are greeted with an insulated drink bag filled with goodies to take your thirst-quenching drinks for a fun day at the beach. Get A Wave From It All offers guests a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. There is a washer & dryer in the unit and other amenities to make your stay carefree including beach towels. Guests of all ages will enjoy a little rest time in the bunk beds. The Maravilla has 3 pools, a hot tub, lush landscaping, volleyball area. Cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets are just part of the experience. This condo is ideal for honeymooners, a small family or a couple's retreat. Free WiFi so you can stay as connected as you want. Whether a quick weekend get away, or a Snow Bird winter escape, " Get A Wave From It All" is definitely the place to be! The owner has placed games like Yahtzee and Uno, pack n play, noise machine, and starry night projector for guest's use. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Get A Wave From It All. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Washer and dryer in condo.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash.
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

MARAVILLA - DOG PARK
Our newest amenity to our Maravilla Resort Condominium Complex is a Dog Park where our owners and guests can take their fur-babies and let them off their leashes to run, play, splash in the doggie pool, rinse off in the doggie shower, run the obstacle course and just have fun as their Dog Parents relax. We have balls, frisbees, and other fun toys for your fur-babies to enjoy while in the park. We ask that all pet owners be responsible and pick up after their pets. Pet Stations are located on the far west corner of the Dog Park. When leaving the park you can sanitize your hands, close the gate to the park and smile knowing that your fur-babies have also had an enjoyable fun beach vacation.
