A lower-level family room offers a sectional, large TV, gas fireplace, and Tornado foosball table. The open living area has comfortable sofas, a TV, and a large stone fireplace. Public amenities include family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. Make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Visit the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, explore 60 miles of hiking trails, or check out the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center. The slopes at Northstar, Boreal, and Sugar Bowl are all within 20 minutes, and Squaw is 30 minutes away. Breathtaking Lake Tahoe is a 40-minute drive. You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive from your door.
