It's newly furnished and offers a variety of sleeping options, as well as an open floor plan with plenty of private space as well. Gather together on the multiple decks to spend time in the sun! Kids will have plenty of space in the enclosed play area in the backyard. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay.

Spend your afternoons at the shared pool or in the hot tub. In the heart of Tahoe Donner, you will find all of the Trout Creek Recreation amenities right at your fingertips! (Access to the Tahoe Donner facilities requires an additional per-person daily fee.) This home is within walking distance of the Trout Creek Recreation Center and is only a short drive from Downtown Truckee. You can grab a burger at Squeeze In or a burrito at the laid-back Casa Baeza Mexican Restaurant. Enjoy both winter and summer activities at the Squaw Valley & Northstar resort, as well as Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe, and more!

Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
