As you walk into the front door of the townhome you'll enter the open floor plan connecting the living area to the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, high ceilings with exposed beams, a large flat-screen TV and a comfy sleeper sofa. Just steps past the living area, the dining table seats four and opens up to the kitchen, with space for three more at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas range. There’s also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level. Up the stairs and to the left, you’ll find the main bedroom, complete with a balcony overlooking the wetlands preserve and the walking path in the park. In addition to the main bedroom upstairs, equipped with blackout drapes, you can step outside from the main level to the second spacious deck and you'll enjoy your own private hot tub!
