The private pool (which measures 13 feet by 26 feet, and three feet to 5.6 feet deep) is sure to be the centerpiece for lounging and playing. Spend hours relaxing on the screened porch overlooking a small lagoon or take advantage of the ground-level patio that features yard games, a hammock, and a grill for the master chef.

The fabulous floor plan offers three bedrooms on the main level. There's also a bonus bedroom on the ground level with direct access to the screened patio, where you can enjoy a game of Ping-Pong.
