Blue Heaven is a dog-friendly second-floor condo in a mixed-use marina community in Mineral, Virginia, with use of a marina boat slip included. It sleeps up to five guests in two bedrooms plus a twin daybed in the shared living area, with two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry.

A BOAT SLIP FOR YOUR LAKE PLANS

Boat-slip use gives this condo a practical connection to Lake Anna for guests bringing a boat. Before arrival, contact us to confirm the assigned marina/slip location, boat fit, current dock conditions and launch arrangements. Launch fees apply. The slip is a marina amenity associated with the stay; the condo itself is not directly waterfront and does not have private shoreline frontage.

Plan swimming, fishing and other outings around the access available at your chosen venue and current lake conditions. For a separate day out, Lake Anna State Park offers trails, a designated swimming beach and a boat launch. Check the park's current access rules and fees before visiting; those facilities are not included condo amenities.

YOUR PRIVATE BALCONY

Take coffee outside to the furnished balcony, choose a wicker or blue chair, and leave a little time between lake outings for a book or conversation. The balcony overlooks the active marina-community setting, including parking, trees and nearby services. It offers an outdoor place to sit without promising a lake-facing view.

OPEN LIVING AND DINING

The main living space has a large sectional, blue cushions and a TV, with the dining table and kitchen connected in one open layout. Share a meal, spread out for conversation or settle in for a movie after time on the lake. The twin daybed is in this shared living/dining area, so the fifth guest's sleeping space is part of the common room rather than a third private bedroom.

A FULL KITCHEN AND IN-UNIT LAUNDRY

Prepare breakfast before heading to the marina or bring groceries back for a relaxed dinner at the dining table. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, kettle and toaster oven, with counter space beside the dining area.

The stacked washer and dryer are inside the condo beside the kitchen, making it convenient to refresh clothes during a longer stay. Wi-Fi and air conditioning cover everyday comfort between outings.

TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO FULL BATHROOMS

One bedroom has a king bed and a door to the balcony. The other bedroom has two single beds. Together with the single daybed in the shared living space, these arrangements accommodate up to five guests.

Both full bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

ARRIVAL AND PRACTICAL DETAILS

This is a second-floor condo, and exterior stairs are visible at the building; consider that access when choosing the home for your group. Free parking is listed, but confirm space and trailer arrangements before bringing a boat trailer. Dogs are welcome under the existing reservation terms. The marina community also includes commercial and service tenants, so expect a shared community setting rather than a secluded lake house.
