First Floor Amenities:
The townhome has 2 floors with the ground floor entrance leading to two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, smart TV and large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 is our bunk room with 4 twin beds, walk-in closet and stocked with children books to keep the little ones entertained. You can also access the garage which has been transformed into an amazing entertainment room! Featuring a 12’ shuffle board, foos ball table, dart board, 75” smart TV, Sonos speakers, wet bar, beverage fridge and plenty of seating. We even have a sauna, yoga mats, dumbbells, kettle bells and resistant bands in the garage if you feel like getting a sweat in while on vacation!

Second Floor Amenities:
Upstairs, the brightly lit main floor features an open concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The living room has a 65” smart TV, Sonos speakers and lots of comfortable seating. Balcony with BBQ, fire pit and outdoor seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with beautiful new Café appliances, dishwasher, microwave and cookware. The dining room features large windows and a solid oak dining table that seats 8- 12. The primary suite is also on the main floor which features a king bed, desk, accent chair, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet with mountain views! Girdwood
Located in Girdwood, this vacation home is in the mountains. Marlow Pavilion and Crow Creek Mine are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Alyeska Ski Resort and Girdwood Park. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
