The main level includes a spacious king suite and full bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, two additional king bedrooms and a double bunk room share a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A second living area with another 65" Roku TV and a twin daybed with trundle gives everyone room to spread out, while the adjacent covered porch provides another peaceful spot to take in the mountain and lake scenery.

Outdoor adventure is right outside your door. The Western Carolina University Trail System is just minutes away, with nearly 7 miles of wooded, multi-use singletrack for mountain biking and hiking. The Jackson County Greenway, only a few minutes away, offers a smooth, paved route along the scenic Tuckasegee River. Anglers will appreciate easy access to the Tuckasegee and the renowned Western North Carolina Fly Fishing Trail®, with several public fishing areas within a short drive. The home is also close to Lake Glenville's public beach access, making it easy to enjoy a day by the water.

For climbing and bouldering enthusiasts, 107 Boulders is about 20 minutes away and features more than 60 granite bouldering problems, while Panthertown Valley offers spectacular backcountry hiking and climbing amid dramatic mountain scenery. In winter, Sapphire Valley is about 15 minutes away and offers skiing and snow tubing. The driveway is a gravel drive which may not be suitable for low cars. 4 wheel drive is not required but an SUV or car that sits higher off the ground are highly recommended.
