Magical Setting. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the ocean view is stunning. Inside is spacious and comfortable. Wonderful escape from the city.
Wish this unit had a window that opened on the ocean side so we could have listened to the sound of waves at night (some of the other units in the complex did) Also would have liked the option of an on /off switch or motion sensor for the exterior door light as it was extra bright at night in the living area even with the curtain closed.

Beautiful location, clean, just right.

Experiencing the Oregon coast and all the nearby activities, views, and hikes is a must and the Oregon House 3c is a secluded peaceful, beautiful comfortable home-base. Gorgeous grounds to sit and relax over looking the awesome coastline. Steep path and stairs will take you to a walkable beach. Everything you need to make breakfast or snacks in the small kitchenette. Loved the new induction hot plate and small skillet! Various Roku streaming channels were available to watch movies after dinner out at either Yachats or Florence. We throughly enjoyed our time and definitely would come back.

Our first stay here, what a pleasure it was. I don't want to ruin it by saying how wonderful it is. It's our new hide away from now on. The grounds are amazing, the beach access is beautiful, the room was super cozy. The decor and set up seems fairly new. Very clean and enjoyable stay, just don't tell anyone about it ; )

I love this place. This was my second stay here. The home is lovely, and furnished well for a long weekend. I packed groceries and didn't leave for three days. My only complaints are minor ones that I'll share with the host (and frankly I'd accept worse for that beach access), but overall the place is great. The beach is basically private, I probably saw 3 other people the entire time I spent out there. Oh and good news: a previous guest bought and left a hot plate, so they've got that now!

The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, and the setting is spectacular!

Bed was great. Very quiet place. Just what we like. All furnishings were high quality.

Very nice place and set up very well. It was clear there was no stove or hot plate so we were prepared for that, but everything else we needed was there. It was clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. It is right on the ocean situated on a cliff with access to the beach. We hardly saw anyone else in the 4 days we spent there, it was fantastic!

Loved the scenery. Very beautiful and restful. Accommodations are very clean and all the furniture is comfortable when it is time to relax. This unit is not set up to cook meals. The closest restaurant and grocery store is 9 miles away. Also, the entry system is convenient, but doesn't always work. With no cell service it is hard to contact the company for assistance. The parking for this unit is not convenient at all. Way too steep.

Such amazing views and the beach at the property was practically all to ourselves. Definitley a great stay.

Beautiful view of the Ocean, easy access to the beach for those with no physical limitations and a very comfortable bed. The unit was clean, but keep in mind, the unit only has a small refrigerator, small sink, toaster, microwave and coffee maker so stop off at a grocery store for snacks, coffee and small meal items. There’s a dehumidifier in the bedroom and I recommend running it all night not just to remove moisture in the air, but also to drown out the noise from the guests above you. If not, and you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs especially if there’s a family with children above you.

Luxury finishes in this unit were just the start. As clean as a new pin with fantastic views of an empty sandy beach. Access to the beach is easy if you are able and the seascape stirs your soul. This was our third visit and we will be back next year.

Absolutely loved this property. Ocean views with access to a almost private beach! Room was very spacious and clean.

This home was just perfect! Plenty of space for the 2 of us, all of the amenities we could need. Clean and cozy! A little sad that the stairs were under repair while we were here, but it looks like they will have that fixed very soon.

Oregon House is technically in Yachats, but much closer to Florence. The setting is beautiful and serene and the unit (Estate House 3C) is cozy.

A few things to know: there's currently no access to the beach (as the stairs were destroyed by a winter storm - to be restored when the stormy season is over); the unit does not have any kind of stove or cookware (a microwave and dishes are there, of course), so you won't be able to do any serious cooking; the quiet bedroom will provide you a good night's sleep, but there's a dehumidifier there for a reason - the air is very moist, so I left the dehumidifier run overnight.

Very clean quite and romantic! Definitely a place for a quite get away!!

Location with a private beach, what more can you ask for? Especially during this weekend where it was 100 degrees in Portland, everyone was planning a trip to the beach. We had what felt like our own little beach to ourselves. The estate we rented had plenty of space, a king size bed, and Roku TV. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this is a place you should book. Only real con, no gas stove/grill. But there are spots on the grass you can use to grill. Communication was pretty poor with the owner (never responded to my questions) but if you plan and prepare it won’t matter that much.

It’s truly a beautiful part of the Oregon coast, the lawn is great and the beach access perfect. The unit is missing some things that would be helpful such as a place to hang towels in the bathroom, or outside the bathroom, anywhere! The sink is so small it’s difficult to wash dishes without getting water everywhere. The furnishings are nice and the unit is comfortable. I work in Florence occasionally so I have stayed at tons of rentals in the area and this one is pretty good but without a real kitchen it’s not practical for a longer stay. I really loved sitting outside and watching the waves!

My family rented 3 cabins to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday and absolutely *loved* our experience! The rooms were very spacious and adorably set up. The view! It felt like such a blessing to wake up to the ocean right out my window and then to watch the beautiful sunsets each night. The grounds are kept incredibly clean and it's very peaceful. There were 2 bbqs for public use which we'd use to cook each day, then use the complimentary microwaves in the rooms for leftovers. Each room also has a mini fridge, so an easy fix for alot of packed food is to keep some in your cooler. There's a mini mart/liquor store about 15 min south and then a Fred Meyer just 20 min south, so easy access to more ice/food/water. We also discovered horseback rides for the beach and tours for the largest Sea Lion cave on our way to the store, which we'll try next time. MY ONLY ISSUE was the final set of stairs down to the beach from the cabins. The trail is a little steep, which we knew would be difficult for my parents, but we could walk them through that. But those final set of stairs down to the beach made it not possible for them. They were also a bit steep and without a rail, which even made me nervous with my silly coordination. Sitting down to scoot down a couple steps were hard because the final steps are also made of metal grate. We understand that this was due to recent changes from the tide. Plus my parents really liked sitting on their balcony to watch the beach, so they didn't really feel left out while us "kids" went to play in the ocean. We hope by the next time we come back, there's a rail to help you down the last set of stairs. If not, we did find that about 10 min south, there were plenty of spots to drive down so that my parents could easily walk out. So in the end, I am so thankful this place exists. We took so many pictures, made so many memories and are already planning to come back next year - or maybe make this our new annual family trip 💚 THANK YOU!

At times we could not text or make calls. Did not have corkscrew. Great hiking and restaurants nearby.

This place is great for sharing with a baby. The bedroom is so big that we felt like the babe had her own little space. It’s also close to beach access and perfectly positioned between Florence and Yachats. The common grassy area was large and well maintained. The only thing we could ask for is more kitchen towels, a few well placed hooks for the kitchen and bathroom towels, and tile in the kitchen area. Not sure why they chose to put carpet in the kitchen, but it was so clean I guess it doesn’t matter.

The location of Oregon House is unrivaled: it's on the rugged and undeveloped stretch of coast in Lane County south of Cape Perpetua and north of the dunes of Florence. With the building only a few feet below the highway, I felt complete privacy thanks to the landscaping. It didn't matter that my building, Estate House, was a triplex.

The property was just renovated, with thoughtful interior design and smart home features. The living room has a view of the ocean and at the end of the beautiful lawn there are stairs/walkway to a pristine beach, which felt like a private piece of the coast.

You can make a fire on the beach, and on the lawn there are 2 public grills for barbecuing.

I had a very special time at Oregon House.

Wow! Cannot beat the location! Right on the icean😋 the place was clean and modern and had everything we needed 👍 the bed was so comfortable I slept like a log. Definitely coming back this year!

Setting and home is beautiful and accomadating, with the exception of the kitchenette :/ Very dysfunctional! The sink is very small, can't wash dishes without splashing water. No electrical outlets, you can't have coffee and use the toaster oven at the same time :( even if the plug for the toaster oven could reach the outlet... lol
Don't get me wrong: It is a very nice place, and i would stay again if there were some kitchen fixes :) For me... i like to prepare my own food for my family, so that was an issue for me. (other than the kitchen) The Oregon house #3B is a very comfortable & beautiful home, with an exceptional view of the ocean. Park like setting, i really loved the trees with the view of the ocean. Best of both worlds. Had a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Oregon House 3B. It was very comfortable, with plenty of space for a family of four. In addition, it it felt like we had our own private beach to explore. We look forward to staying here again!
