This beautiful and almost new home away from home is located in a natural park-like setting near Gruene, Canyon Lake, and downtown New Braunfels. You will find fantastic attractions within a short drive away, including Gruene Hall, Gruene German- Texan Historic District, Rockin' R River Rides, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, McKenna Children's Museum, Panther Canyon Nature Trail, and so much more.

When it comes to outdoor living, this splendid home enjoys a large back porch and deck to enjoy the outdoors. The sparkling outdoor pool is ready to help you cool down during the summer months - spend refreshing evenings in the water while the grilling master of the group treats everyone to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs thanks to the well-appointed grilling area.

Inside, this Texas charmer enjoys a spacious open floor plan with high ceilings and flexible space.
