This home also includes a toaster oven, washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, changing area, and a beach cart.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Security camera details: There are two outdoor cameras. One is in the rear of the house next to the bench swing in the driveway. The other is on the front of the house on the second story looking down on the driveway and deck area. These cameras are used for security purposes and monitoring of public spaces only. Both devices are visible and do not cover areas with a reasonable expectation of privacy (such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or common areas used for sleeping).
