Spend summer days out on Lake Anna at this newly renovated waterfront home, where your grassy lawn rolls down to a private dock, a boat house, and a boat slip on the lakeshore. Take out the two provided paddleboards each morning, add the interchangeable seats to make them kayaks for the afternoon, and teach your kids to fish for largemouth bass, crappie, and striper.

Here on the public side of Lake Anna, you'll be wonderfully close to the boat launch at Christopher Run Campground (less than two miles) and several marinas and restaurants. You're welcome to tie your boat to the dock, which features a slip that's 10 feet by 26 feet in size.

The warmer months are for spending time outdoors, whether you're barbecuing on the back deck or dining on the screened patio with a big game playing on the 65-inch TV. In the evenings, wander across the lawn to roast marshmallows by the firepit with a view of the lake through the trees.

The single-story interior was entirely renovated in 2023, offering new appliances, new furniture, and central air conditioning throughout. Highlights include an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including an oven with an air fryer), and smart TVs in the living room and two of the three bedrooms.
