A Greenbelt creek and bike path to Campus Point is three blocks away for scenic rides, and access to More Mesa, including its lovely beach, is less than a mile. Downtown, the beach, and UCSB are only five miles from home while the rest of Santa Barbara's attractions, such as Wine Country, picturesque wilderness, museums, art galleries, and performance theaters, are easily accessible without traffic. And yet, you may never want to leave!

The house and gardens were designed with pleasure, connection, fun, and just chilling in mind. Inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area for lounging after the day's adventures and a chef's kitchen culinary enthusiasts will adore. Unwind on the furniture while watching a game on the TV, courtesy of the NFL Red Zone (with cable) package this home includes. When you're not admiring the stimulating art, grab one of the provided books and catch up on some reading in the cozy sitting room.

Out back, you'll discover an expansive enclosed backyard with several discrete sitting and dining areas with room for groups to both spread out and come together, as well as the coolest outdoor shower you'll ever use.
