Providing a comfortable stay no matter the season, this lovely Fraser condo overlooks unforgettable mountain views. Your days spent here will be highlighted by a brilliant mix of outdoor recreation! You'll be within walking distance to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The Lift Bus stop, offering free rides to the ski resort, is also nearby. The winter months are best spent at the Winter Park Resort and nearby tubing hills. During the summer, enjoy mountain biking, golfing at Pole Creek Golf Club and hiking at the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The West Entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful, 45 minute drive away.

Decorated with comfort in mind, the interior of the condo boasts an open-concept layout and modern amenities. The living room is composed of leather sofas and a smart TV.
