Gorgeous Green Lake - with its beautiful path and surrounding park - is two blocks around the corner. And the neighborhood's excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, and conveniences are within a short, scenic stroll.

This listing is for half of the duplex, which is accessed around back through the gate to the right side (please do not go to the main part of the house in front). As the lower level, the apartment opens to a fully fenced stone patio surrounded by flowering shrubs and fruit trees.
