We had a marvelous time, the room in the 9th floor had an awesome view of the beach and amazing sunsets. Cannot wait to get back to Destin and stay at this place again.

Overall, it was a great rental. The unit had all the necessary appliances. There were enough plates, cups and glasses for at least 6 people, but could use some additional on the eating utensils. Consider bring some eating utensils, just in case. The headboards were a little dusty and mattress protectors could have been cleaner.. there were stains and imbedded hair. There is only one clothes for the unit and there were no hangers in the closet nor were there any oven mitts in the kitchen. The electric outlets in the second bedroom were hard to access due to location and size of the bed. Bring tissues, if you think that you would like to have them during your stay. There were no beach chairs nor beach towels available in this unit, but chair / umbrella rentals were available on the beach. The balcony door does not lock, so be careful with children in the unit. The kitchen stools were recently painted and there was no note to indicate that; my husband's pants were soiled by the blue paint, so I recommend you check the stools before sitting. One elevator was out of service, but there were two others were working. There were valet carts available to unload the vehicle. Overall.. we would stay in this unit again.
