Perfect location right in Harbor Town. This villa has most things included for a family to spend a week enjoying Sea Pines. We had a fantastic time here.
However, this place would be even better with just $4-5K to replace patio furniture, interior scraping and painting, and a few other worn items around the house.
I'd stay here again!

We've visited HHI for years and this was our least favorite visit ever, sad to say. We loved all the usual things about the island people, places, etc. The unit we stayed in needed some updating, in addition the a/c did not adequately cool the unit. We were also not made aware that we would have to pay an additional fee to use a pool that we had to drive 15 minutes to get to and hope we would get reimbursed for this. The Sea Pines Beach club also changed policies and now guests are unable to even drop off at the beach but all must ride the trolley. In the future we will try our best to NOT stay in Sea Pines.

This home is not advertised as having access to a pool, and we apologize if you were expecting this. The air conditioner was found working upon inspection. The unit in the middle if Harbor town... unfortunately, it is very outdated unit with bed bugs on the sheets. My wife and i sustained multiple bedbugs issues. Carpet is 25 years old with multiple stains.... i will recommend the location but not this unit.

We sincerely apologize that your experience in our home was not the vacation you had planned. Our house manager has had the home professionally inspected and no evidence of bedbugs have been found. We have had the home deep cleaned out of an abundance of caution as we want to make sure no future pest concerns occur for our guests. We are happy to report the carpet is scheduled to be replaced. Location was perfect. Loved the Comfortable!! Couch Beds and Chairs.
Surprised by the 4 steps and a landing x’s 3?to get to the unlite front door. Then two more flights of stairs to get to Master and 2nd Bedroom.
Everything great! Clean and very nice. Wonderful for families!
