• Pool Heat: During the months of Nov-April, for the pool to be heated, you will need to pay the pool fee of $225. From May-Oct, there is no pool fee because the outside temperature is so hot there is no need to heat it.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 250 per stay must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
