Perched on the seventh floor, this all-suite condo boasts million-dollar views of the Gulf with a large private balcony. South Padre Island’s pristine shoreline is just steps from your front door.

As part of the community at Suntide III, you’ll enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, a sauna, tennis court, and gym.

Gather around the 55-inch TV. Slide open the glass doors to the balcony and listen to the rolling waves. Get cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Chill favorite bottles in the wine fridge at the bar.
