ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY
Beginning 9/2026 through 5/20/2026.
Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work.
All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below.
As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests.
This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.
