Location, location, location! Relaxation awaits you at this 3-bedroom condo. With stunning western facing sunset views and located in the 24-hour manned gated Beachwalk community, it is only a 1 mile walk to the beautiful sandy beaches that line the coast of Naples, Florida.

The open floor plan, end unit condo is located on the top (second) floor. It sleeps 6 people, has two full bathrooms and a beautiful screened in lanai that is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful sunset and overlooking the fountain and pond. The home contains a full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all other other comforts of home. The unit also includes a covered carport for your car and bikes, and additional on-site parking.

Beachwalk is the perfect place to enjoy a nice morning or evening stroll through the winding streets amongst the lush tropical greenery. Or you can take a walk to the beach or jump on one of the two bikes and head to the beach.

The community has two heated swimming pools, a hot tub, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, an active community center, and a workout room. Not to mention, the Pelican Bay Community Park is directly across the street where you can enjoy a nice stroll around the park or join in on some pickleball or tennis.

Numerous restaurants and grocery stores to enjoy in the nearby area. Mercato is located less than a mile away and it is a must-go destination for dining, coffee and nightlife. The perfect place to go after a day at the beach!

The exciting vibe of Naples’ 5th Avenue is also an 8 mile drive south and can be a fun place to go out to dinner, watch the fancy cars drive by, or enjoy a morning of selecting farm fresh produce at the Farmer’s Market.

Things to Know:
-Unit has 14 feet and higher cathedral ceilings.
-Pelican Bay Community Park is directly across the street where you can enjoy a nice stroll around the park or join in on some world class tennis or pickleball (in-construction & to be completed by Aug or Sep 2025).
-The Florida Everglades are only 55 miles away which makes for a fun day trip to see all the wildlife that the Everglades have to offer.
-Located 26 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers.
-Vanderbilt Beach is 1 mile away and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is located 2.4 miles to the north which is a nice place to spend the day.
-Minimum 30-day rental.
-Please note: There is a $150 Home-Owners Association (HOA) background check application fee that is NOT included in the Vacasa total reservation amount. Upon making the reservation, you will receive the information for the HOa application via email. Please fill it out and submit it the same day of booking. The HOA takes two weeks normally for the applications, but there is an expediting service available for another $100 to reduce the processing time to 2-3 business days.
