The pool and hot tub are open for usage starting May 15th. Heated pool is available for an extra charge. BR 1 is in the main house and has an en suite bath and king bed. BR 2 is in the main house and has two twin beds together like a double. BR 3 is in the main house and has two twin beds. BR 4 is a guest cottage connected to the main house via breezeway with an en suite bathroom, slider to the pool/deck area and a stackable washer/dryer. There is another full laundry in basement. Back yard features include an outdoor grill cornhole set, and outdoor shower. There is ping pong in the basement and beach chairs and coolers for guest use. Home is not in the town limits but walkable distance to the beach, bay or towns of Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach. Plenty of parking. No meters or permits required.
Private Pool Dates: Opens 5/15 and closes for the season on 9/15. Dates are subject to change due to weather or maintenance.
It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use.
Pool heat is available for an additional $75/night fee, with at least 48 hours advance notice.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
