The living room is bright and spacious, with a dining/poker table, board games, city guides, and a large flat-screen TV. The comfortable sofa easily converts into a full-size bed, with bedding provided. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with fresh linens and comfortable pillows, nightstands with lamps and built-in USB ports, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find a second living area with a large twin sofa bed (bedding provided), a huge TV, dedicated workspace featuring an electric standing desk and wide monitor, full bathroom with tub, and direct access to the private rooftop terrace.

Prepare meals in the modern kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainlesssteel appliances. The kitchen includes a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Essentials like a coAee maker, coAee setup, toaster, kettle, knife block, pots/ pans, dishes, and cooking utensils are provided, so you can easily prepare meals.

Because of the building’s HOA requirements, all guests must complete an in-person check-in with a guest ambassador (greeter) before they can access the building. You will not be able to enter the building without meeting your greeter.Your guest ambassador will contact you approximately 24-48 hours before your arrival to arrange a specific time to meet you at the building. Please note that our guest ambassadors are not stationed at Belltown Court. They travel between multiple buildings throughout downtown Seattle to greet arriving guests. For this reason, please arrive at the agreed-upon meeting time. If you arrive earlier than your scheduled meeting time, your greeter may not yet be available to meet you, and you may have to wait outside until they arrive. We appreciate your cooperation in honoring the time you have scheduled with them.
