Located on the top floor of the first building at the Moonraker complex, park underneath and walk up two flights. It is the corner condo! The balcony, while across the street, has a great view and there is a picnic table outside for you to enjoy meals or the salty gulf air.
Walk into the condo and the kitchen is on the left and the living area on the right. It is an open floor plan! The kitchen has stainless appliances and everything to cook or bake with during your vacation. The living area has a flatscreen television and a sleeper sofa. Plenty of places to lounge! There is also a private door to the balcony in the living area.
In the hall, there is a washer/dryer for your convenience and, on the far left a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The two bedrooms are located on either side of the hall. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and flatscreen television.
The complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ grills for your use during your stay at Moonraker! Come enjoy a weekend, week, month or longer!

Parking Notes: The complex does not currently charge for parking. You will find (2) passes upon arrival left in your unit. Please fill these out completely and have them visible in your dash at all times during the duration of your stay. Upon departure please return passes to the unit. You will have an assigned parking slip beneath the center building labeled "35", however this unit itself is on the third floor of the east building. It's the unit closet to the ocean with the best view (south facing patio).
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
