We love this house! The views from the deck are breathtaking and we stay out there as much as possible. The house is older but comfortable and has everything you could need. We’ve stayed there twice and will be staying there again!

The home was "as advertised." The pictures are reflective of the condition of the home. It was perfect for two couples in our 50s spending 4 days in RMNP. If I return to Estes Park, I will be happy to stay in this home again.

My family of six spent a week in this property. We had plenty of space to be comfortable. We cook in a lot and it was one of the best equipped kitchens we have experienced in our many years of visiting Estes Park. Our favorite thing was the excellent view!!! We never tire of viewing Long’s Peak at different times of the day and different weather. It was also a great location for hiking in the park or shopping down town. We will definitely be back!

The property had a great location for meeting our friends and visiting the Rocky Mountains National Park, which was the main reason for being there. It easily accommodated 2 couples, and would have had room for 4 more people. The entire house was super clean when we arrived. Great kitchen and cookware provided.
Long's Peak (and the east mountains in RMNP) was in perfect view about 5 miles from the deck and dining area. The house was within a mile of the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP, and close to Estes Park, shops, groceries, etc.
We plan to return for a family reunion in the future. Appreciate the property being available and in such good condition.

My retirement gift to myself was to be in Estes Park for three weeks. This house was perfect. It was warm and cozy and the deck facing Longs Peak was awesome! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my grandson and friends when they came for a week! I would stay there again when I go back to RMNP!

Close to everything! Beautiful views from the back deck! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, towels and bedding. Plenty of wildlife! Saw chipmunks, deer, elk, moose, hawks, rabbits in the yard! Plenty of parking. Would definitely come back to this home if in the area again!

If there is anything the owner needs to do, is replace the carpet with wood, tile or laminate that way the animal smell is not overwhelming. Also they need to fix the plumbing, it’s very noisy.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. The home is older, but we were unable to detect any unpleasant odors while inspecting after receiving your review. The carpets have been cleaned. Thank you!

This was a wonderful week we spent there, on the side of a hill with a beautiful sight of Longs Peak and other snow capped mountains. Made for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from the deck, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is just 5 minutes from downtown Estes Park and 5 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park and trails, and the neighborhood it is in had some great short hikes we took with the kids. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again.

The view -- Long's Peak front and center -- is spectacular, especially from the spacious deck. And the house had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and right next door to rocky Mountain Park, it was the perfect place for our family of 5 .
