THINGS TO KNOW

• Starting September 5, 2023, Pointe West Resort will be conducting maintenance on the elevators. During this period, certain elevators will be unavailable for a few weeks.
• Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
• Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.
• The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.
• This home's elevators are not consistently reliable.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
