The tiny home was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, parking was a problem. We had to drive backwards down the road because there was no where to turn around. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up taking turns sleeping on the couch.
Manager response:
Hi Sarah, Thank you for sharing feedback about your experience! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with parking during your stay. Rest assured that we will follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience. Thanks for staying with us and we hope for another opportunity to host you again soon, for a much more enjoyable stay!

The cabin was super cute and clean and we walked in to find a very large TV over a fireplace and were excited to curl up with the fireplace on and watch TV but the fireplace wouldn't come on and there was no cable and only Netflix. We're not really into movies and were just hoping to watch some TV with live shows but that didn't happen. Nor did the remote work very well and you had repeatedly "toggle" the TV to get it to go to anything at all. In the bedroom the TV only would take movies in a DVD player....nothing else! The toilet was also loose on the floor(I weigh 125 lbs) which was a bite odd. I told Tiffany at Vacasa after hours about the fireplace and she said she'd have someone come out (that was on Sat. 9/25, but no one did nor ever contact again and we checked out days later on 9/29). Again, the cabin was cute and clean and the bed comfortable. Actually we would stay again if they got a cable service and fixed the fireplace. Otherwise I think we'll try somewhere else next time.
Manager response:
Hi, Shelly! Thank you for taking the time to leave your review for us. We apologize if you were expecting cable at Cub Cottage; the listing does state there is no cable available, but guests can use the smart TV for streaming. The fireplace insert is getting replaced, and the toilet was tightened. We hope to host you again in the future!

convenient to the places we needed to go. Not the best as the bathroom door was struck when we got there. Several lights bulbs were out and the toilet was loose and rocked.
Manager response:
Thank you for providing your valuable feedback, Ray. We are sorry for any issues you encountered during your stay. Local staff are always available to assist if there are amenities in the home that fall short. We hope to have a chance to host you next time!

Great location inside a tiny house park, this little cottage was clean and comfortable with amazing views like few others. The cottage (tiny house) is very well equipped. We didn't use the full kitchen much but did use the microwave and the washer and dryer work great (noisy, do this during the day). Comfortable bed. As others have said, the shower drain was slow, not a show stopper but needs work. Outside area was charming, parking was easy. Location is superb; very close to major shopping and dining. Community feel around the cottage is super cool, unique, a major plus. We would love to come back!

The cabin was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The area is perfect. Lots of small shops and restaurants to enjoy. The only issue we encountered was the shower didn’t drain well. You also may want to bring an HDMI cable and a device to stream. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.
Manager response:
Hi, Nathan, thank you so much for this feedback! We will use it to improve this home for future reservations. We’re very glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay with us! We hope we get the opportunity to host you again sometime in the near future.

Loved going to sleep and waking up to Pike's Peak out the sunroom windows. Tiny house felt roomy thanks to vaulted ceilings and clear story windows, the decor was perfect. Plan to return soon!

Very clean and maintained. Clear directions on how everything works inside the cabin, with exception of coffee maker. consider replacing. Furnace is very loud and wakes you up constantly at night. remote for portable fireplace broken. entire cabin drafty.

This little cottage was the perfect little getaway! The view was amazing and it was so close to everything we wanted to do! Would love to come back!

My dad and I took this trip and got to visit and see a lot of things around Colorado! This home was perfect for a small number of people and it was so cute and woodsy!

We loved the view best of all. September was the perfect time to come. The weather was perfection.Close to all attractions . Everything was clean. Took us awhile to figure out the tv. We also had to bring our own dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The neighbors were nice & respectful. Easy check in and out.We will be back.

Nice view of Pikes Peak. Close to grocery stores but also attractions. Lots of wildlife even a small bear outside the sunrrom window.

This is a very cute house with a lovely view that is close enough to mostly everything you want to do in the area. There were a few issues that should be addressed. First, there is no air conditioning. It was cool enough at night and we weren’t there much in the day, but that’s not advertised and it should be known. Secondly, the shower drain was clogged and it’s not a tub so the water gets very close to overflowing during showers. Lastly, the grill had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time so it was full of grease which caught on fire. The fire eventually went out itself, but while we were preparing for worst case scenario we could not find a fire extinguisher. Overall it was a fun experience and we would do it again.
Manager response:
Jared, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are happy you enjoyed the location and view of this home. We have passed your comments along to our local manager. We hope to host you again!

An amazing view with a cozy cottage feel.

The location was great, and the view of Pike's Peak is amazing. You should look on google maps on how to get there from highway 24 as there are no signs. But the cottage was nice and clean when we arrived and had a great time. You'll enjoy the cottage and the surrounding area.
Kristine W. Mar 2020
The home was cozy and so clean. Had trouble with parking as we had a big truck and trailer with AT.V but we figured it out.

Beautiful view, comfortable, easy access

This place was a dream. The 4-seasons porch really showcases, Pikes Peak! I’ve never stayed in a cozier spot!

This cabin is well worth it to stay in. It was very clean, nice, and homey. My husband and I loved relaxing in and coming back to this place every night while we were on vacation in Colorado.
Gavin A. Oct 2019
Great little spot. Pay close attention to written directions and you’ll get there just fine. Porch door lock doesn’t work so we weren’t able to lock up house which was annoying but all in all good place.
Joseph Y. Oct 2019
Absolutely beautiful little house had everything we needed
Sharon W. Sep 2019
Clean, cute, wonderful accommodations!
Kathryn B. Sep 2019
Great house, awesome area, beautiful view. We loved everything about it!
Deborah E K. Sep 2019
Beautiful view from the back deck of Pike's Peak. Lovely decorations and comfy bed (and pull-out couch).

Flooring in bedroom is coming up. Bathtub drain was a little clogged, but I used a little Drano and that fixed it. Front door lock didn't really work.
Jordan E. Sep 2019
We really enjoyed our stay at Cub Cottage. It’s quite small, but we liked that because it’s very cosy. It has all amenities you could want, including washing machine and dryer, complete with detergent - very welcome at the half way point of our trip.
Denise M. Aug 2019
Very nice cottage. Our only problem was working the TV - was the cable off?
Manager response:
We are sorry about the TV. Please call us next time. We are here 24/7 for all of your needs.
Rodolfo G. Aug 2019
The view, the location close to everything, the cottage with its own little patio.
Amber L. Jul 2019
Great view of Pikes Peak, very accessible to everywhere we wanted to adventure. Clean, nice amenities, quiet and decorated adorable! Lots of storage, actually too much in bedroom; could have used a suitcase stand instead of large dresser. Highly recommend for area and price.
Hillary W. May 2019
Perfect location. Lovely neighbors. Very enjoyable stay.

Ideal location. Great place for one or two people.
HVAC was noisy, but still enjoyable.
Richard C H. Mar 2019
We adjusted to the space and enjoy the comfort.
