Baby boy wanted Colorado for his 21st birthday. We were looking for place that is close to all the things that we wanted to do. This place did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities that we needed for a homecooked meal. I must warn you that if you're checking in after dark, the place is a little difficult to find. We didn't get to the property until after midnight. We went in circle for a minute until the kids got out and look on foot. Just a little snag. No biggy. Overall, we loved and enjoyed our stay so much. It was the best family vacation ever.

We were looking to disconnect and get away and this home was perfect to do just that. The views were serene, the balconies were inviting, the layout was great, the interior was well cared for, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the place was spotless. We loved everything about this home. Plenty of hiking spots including Mueller State Park were minutes away. We didn't get to use the hot tub, but that just means we'll have to come back.

About 100 miles south of Denver, right in the center of Colorado, you’ll find Pikes Peak, one of the state’s most distinctive mountains. Many of our Pikes Peak cabin rentals are in Woodland Park, a little town northeast of Colorado Springs. Green Mountain Falls is another town at the mountain’s base. Book a rental in the tiny town of Florrisant or Divide for a getaway that’s a little more secluded.

Booking a Pikes Peak rental for a mountain-climbing adventure is a great choice. The cabins around the foot of the mountain provide a great home base for one of the state’s most popular and attainable “14ers” (mountains over 14,000 feet tall) in the country.
