The condo is located in a nice quiet area. The a/c wasn’t working properly on the first day but later it felt cooler. The carpet on one of the bedrooms was dirty/stained. Otherwise than that, we enjoy our stay!

The view! For the money you pay to stay here is not worth it. The window in the living room was shattered, you had to PAY FOR EVERYTHING EVEN POOL TOWELS, the furniture is so old and outdated. and the carpet was dirty, the t.v.’s work when they wanted to work! I definitely want stay again!

Spacious, luxurious and well equipped. I had an amazing time there with my brother, the staff were all very welcoming and pleasant. Convenient location, was able to rent jet skis right where the back beach access is. Pool and tiki bar were awesome! I’m gonna bring the whole family to Miami and recommend Vacasa to everyone.

Our apartment was very roomy and had everything what I needed. Beach was only less than a minute but they charge for beach chairs. There is also additional cleaning charge when you check in the apartment ($142.)
Overall I strongly recommend this place.

Building is old, dated and should be torn down. The remodel is a waste of money. Our toilets ran constantly and randomly flushed, very loudly, 24/7! We were told this was a function of the overall plumbing in the building, not the toilets in each unit. Good luck sleeping through this noise, even with doors closed. And the bathrooms are EXTREMELY small. First night in building the hot water failed and onsite staff couldn't be bothered, no manager available. Day two a water main break flooded several units, hallways and lobby. This necessitated numerous noisy fans in hallways 24/7 and entering/exiting building through back garbage storage area, very unpleasant. The unit is fine, could have been cleaner, especially bathrooms. Recliner is broken; kitchen utensils insufficient and knives a joke; bath towels cheap and no face clothes; beds are decent, but pillows cheap foam. Kitchen is very nice. I highly recommend finding another building!
