There was plenty of room for everyone but the dishes were dirty and the beds in the master and bunk room were very hard and uncomfortable.

I’ll start with the minor inconveniences first. We didn’t know our master closet was going to be locked and closed off which was annoying. Also the cleaners don’t do a good job. As soon as I walked in I noticed dust caked up on the ceiling fans and every other shelf in the house. The toilets and tubs also weren’t scrubbed good. I’m pretty sure the condo is cleaner now than it was when we got here since I’ve been cleaning it. But other than that it’s a nice place to stay and no one bothers you. We weren’t suppose to get this room to begin with but the condo we paid for had their balcony blocked off for “construction” which we were notified the night before we were suppose to leave to go on vacation. I’d definitely invest in better cleaners. The grout in the tile was also sticky. But I’m giving a 4/5 just because the cleaners didn’t do their job.

Our family enjoyed our week by the beach. We were definitely maxed out for people staying there and believe the spare single bed room was a double/full size and not the queen we were expecting. Otherwise everything was as to be expected, the beach was just a short walk across the street. We also found the property manager to be prompt with her response when we had a minor issue arise that was corrected quickly.

Didn’t like that there was no elevator. 3 floors is a lot. Guess I missed that part. Was clean. We were given the the wrong access code. But called and the guy was successful in getting us in. Overall pretty decent place

Location was good, but the property itself is lacking. The house smelled bad upon arrival, there were tiny bugs in the bathroom but the worst part was trying to sleep there. The sheets felt like canvas...they were like sandpaper. There was a plastic cover on the bed..which all these properties have, but I guess there wasn’t enough bedding on top of it or it was all cheap. You were SO hot sleeping and the sheets were terrible. Would not return.
Also, given wrong code upon entry and couldn’t get in. We swapped the key code and the lock box code and got in. Also, washing machine still not working properly.

We loved everything about this condo except the fact we didn’t have a washing machine all week. When you limit your packing traveling 17+ hours over 10 days, it sucks to have to go to the laundromat twice and spend more money. No one reached to reimburse us for our time and money for this inconvenience. Otherwise, the location was great and fit our group perfectly.

It’s was a super cute place . But the washer and WiFi didn’t work and didn’t receive the pool keys as stated on the letter on the counter but we found out the pool did not need a key. Wish someone would have told us ahead of time about the washer bc we thought we were able to do laundry so we didn’t pack enough towels or clothes for the kids for all those days. Also being on the 3rd floor with all the wet clothes was exhausting lol but got a workout . The guest bathroom was missing the drain plug so we couldn’t take the kids a bath only showers . Overall it was a good stay loved the short walk to both the beach and the bay . The kitchen was great also ( it was stocked with all the essential items for a home cooked meal )

The condo was very nicely decorated and perfect for our 5 day family vacation. The clothes washer was broken, but a note was left for us at entering and arrangements could have been made for us in the event we needed it. The ONLY downfall is the Gulf Island Condominiums has their own Home Owners Association and there is woman who lives there that has only one purpose in steal the joy of vacationers! For the first three days of my visit, I was harassed by the H.O.A. to remove my kayak trailer from the property because they were not allowed on the property. Notes taped to my windshield threatening to tow the trailer on the second day of my arrival. After driving 6 hours to get to the condo and be told that my trailer isn't allowed on the property and to go park it at some random public parking area really disturbed me because out of the three rental agencies that all had a part in my reservations (VRBO, Vacasa, and Resort Quest), not one time did any of the emails or texts mention anything about H.O.A. rules nor anything about trailers not being allowed on Gulf Island Condominium's property. Who in their right mind is willing to park their belongings ($2,500 worth) in some random not secured parking lot simply because one resident wants to enforce H.O.A. rules on a guest who was never notified of their rules. There was constantly a minimum of 20 empty parking spots at the property and 15 or more vehicles without any parking passes on their windshields and I just so happened to be the one to be harassed about a small trailer that barely took up one single parking spot. By the third night there, I was finally able to speak to the manager of Resort Quest Navarre Office and she was kind enough to offer me to park my trailer at their office for the last two days of our vacation.

This was a beautiful home!! Just a small walk across the road to the beach! It was quiet and homey. It had everything we needed except trash bags lol. It was very clean and smelled great. I would love to return soon!

The rooms are big and twin beds are awesome and kids loved it. The only one minor concern was that the common bathroom door lock was little loose and was easily coming out when even locked. Other than that everything was good and we had an amazing time
