Cozy / fully furnished home suited for great family time together -huge dinning table for apress ski / dinner gatherings-. Practical covered parking helps when snowing. 3 1/2 good size bathrooms , kitchen very well stocked , 4 TVs, comfortable beds. Location is very convenient, centrally located.

Excellent property management by Ron (bad coffee machine promptly replaced).

Only opportunity revolves around master suite not having blinds / window treatment….ok if you go in winter but the sun will wake you up early in summer…you may also feel uncomfortable getting dressed at night when you will be “fully visible” to the outside…

Beautiful place, very bright, well furnished, and located 10 minutes from Deer Valley and Park City resorts. Kitchen is up to date and a very nice size, and well stocked with cookware. Photos actually make the place look smaller than it is. No curtains on the master, but it has a great view, and we felt no issues with privacy. We would definitely stay in this space again.

Our biggest and only issue was with Vacasa management, who has been the worst group we’ve dealt with, by far, in 16 years of renting vacation homes around the world. Very basic safety issues were not fixed without a LOT of prodding and even audible exasperation (on their part). They are owned by Marriott, and every encounter felt like we were dealing with the phone company—no customer communication, a seemingly willful inability to understand us on the phone, responses that had very little to do with our questions, and an aversion to putting anything in writing. Emails took at least 24 hours to be answered, then we’d get a boilerplate non-response, and told to telephone to get a faster response in the future. But once on the phone, the agents needed a lot of coaching to just to transmit our questions to the proper channels. Which again delivered off topic and unhelpful responses.

Some of the issues:
-The front porch light was out, so we arrived in the dark. We used our phone lights to get in. After multiple calls and emails, It took two days for a guy to come swap the bulb, which didn’t fix it. He disappeared without letting us know what was going on, and then another two days later the fixture was replaced.
-There was no welcome book. Sounds small, but that means no instructions for the fireplace (which has an electric ignitor), no info on trash (we got info from a neighbor who lives there), none of the usual “Welcome to Park City” along with suggestions of restaurants/take-out/things to do, and, finally, no departure instructions.
-A lot of the furniture had wobbly legs—one of the kitchen chairs had been moved to a corner of the bedroom, I assume so that it would not be used for dining. We happened to have tools, so tightened a bunch of furniture ourselves, including the chair so that it was safe to be used.
-There was a large ice dam in front of the garage, where none of the other garages had this issue. The representative on the phone said, “Just use the shovel and do it yourself.” There was no shovel. The dam was solid ice 4 to 6 inches high, across the entire garage opening and likely needed an ice pick. He grudgingly agreed that someone would come out. No one did and we got no follow up information that anyone would. Two days later, after my wife and I had both slipped multiple times, I sent an email with a photo, and finally someone came to break it up, yet another day later. Again, no communication.

There are groups, like Grand Welcome, who also provide management service for individually owned vacation places, who are super responsive. We’ve never had an experience like this. The problem here is not the business model, it’s the management. I hope that Vacasa is doing a great job for the owner, because they are terrible for renters.

This home is spacious and cozy with great views and access to everything in and around Park City. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
