Moosehead Lake is also great for anglers, who will find a handful of different species in the water. Mount Kineo (reachable by boat only) offers scenic hiking trails as well. Moose, as you may have realized by now, are the most famous residents and there are plenty of moose safaris you can book to get to know these majestic creatures and see them in their natural habitat.
