Offering a private boat dock with a nearby firepit right on the banks of the water as well as a spacious furnished deck, you'll have endless entertainment at your fingertips. Inside, you can prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, test your skills on the pool table, or gather around the large flat screen TV for movie night.
What's nearby: Launch your boat or kayak into beautiful Lake Anna, one of the largest freshwater reservoirs in Virginia. Take the trek across the water to Lake Anna State Park which offers a sandy beach, playground, trails, and docks to house your watercraft. There are a BBQ restaurant and cider house a short drive away, or there are a few more options in the town of Mineral. Travel six miles west to find the Boardwalk Miniature Golf.

This is our second time staying here and it worked out well both times. Great lay out and a central location on the lake. Also has the bonus of a boat house to store your boat under cover at night!
House is clean and we’ll be staying here again.
Only downside is internet can be spotty but it’s lake anna so you can’t expect it to be great.

I'll be honest -- this was the first time in many years that we didn't leave a property the night before. Nobody wanted to leave, and there was discussions on how to change the locks and demand squatters rights. My family talked about how we could buy the house, and when we are going to come back.
Rarely is a house nicer than the pictures show - but this was. We will be going back when it's warmer to swim and boat. Just a fantastic place.

Fantastic house with a peaceful, calm decorating style that made the weekend we spent there feel so good. Plenty of room for two families to share it, quiet location at the end of the street means you could let the kids roam and run and even bike in the court out front.

The location was great, the house was well laid out with tons of space, only negative was the bedding, the blankets and quilts were so thin and not warm enough; and a few lightbulbs in the bathroom were out (and the TV remotes). Otherwise it was lovely!

We rented this property and it was the perfect weekend getaway home. The house is extremely clean and well kept. It offered not only the perfect space for our family to relax but also have fun. Being right on the water gave us easy access for our boat rental for the day, and even some paddle boarding and fishing. We enjoyed thr fire pit and pool table just as much. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you for having us; I hope we will be back soon.

Great fishing in this secluded cove and just seconds away by boat from the busy, beautiful lake. A bass fisherman’s dream!
This house is magnificent and has everything a large family or group of friends need for their stay. Well-appointed and nicely decorated and the bonus is our little dog could join us. The boat house was perfect for our needs and there were kayaks and a S’up board for our use. Kids can swim in the cove and be away from boat traffic.
The grounds are beautiful and if guests have trouble navigating numerous steps or are hauling coolers they can use the gravel path along the wood line for stair free access.

This house is perfect for 3 small families. It is very clean, well stocked and in a great location. Added bonus is that the boat house slip was vacant so we had a dry place to keep our boat in the event that it rained!

Location of the property was great- wildlife was abundant and the quiet woods backing up to the property kept everything cooler during the day. A Great Blue Heron must have lived very close since we saw him every morning and evening in the cove.
The house itself was very clean and the A/C made it very comfortable and appliances were terrific (plenty of room in the refrigerator for all the food we brought - since we didn't want to eat out due to COVID). We loved the sunroom and the great furniture on the deck. The house had plenty of room for everyone if we wanted to all socialize and plenty of areas to sit for personal time.
We were able to dock our rented boat which was nice, but just be careful as the water level was quite low since the house is located at the end of a cove (small price to pay for the beautiful location!). We also enjoyed the fire pit one evening, but be sure to bring matches as we could not find around the house. We had a great, relaxing stay.
The only negative for us is that we are not fans of memory foam type beds, but we managed - can't really complain too much as they seemed very new.

The house was awesome! All the rooms are very large. Plenary of space for everyone. The only issue we had was the grill. It was filthy and it kept flaming up so it was impossible to cook on. Other than that it was great!

Very, very clean house. The location was excellent, and we didn't experience any bugs inside or mosquitoes outside. Linens were clean, and the house has updated appliances and decor. We would visit again. Easy access to the main part of the lake.

Location was top notch and the house itself was fabulous. Great little touches like the basket of beach towels made this experience great. Even though the WiFi and subsequently the TVs didn’t work we found it super easy to stay entertained with all that the house offered (and disconnecting was kind of like it’s own mini vacation).

This house was beautiful, and has a great dock. Instructions were easy to enter and exit. We didn’t have to do a bunch of stuff at the end of our stay, so it wasn’t a hectic morning before getting on the road to go home. That was huge to our group. Overall, great experience!
